About us

We design and deliver professional development and burnout prevention wellbeing programmes that feature dance, movement and creativity.
Join our series of wellbeing workshops, or create your own bespoke staff away day, training seminar or community initiative. We create spaces that are dynamic, safe and engaging and informed by current research and with equality, diversity and inclusion at our core.

Founder & Director

Dance movement psychotherapist
(she/her)
Puerto Rican author, educator, researcher and dance movement psychotherapist. She obtained her PhD at the University of Aberdeen on the role of dance/movement in violence prevention and is certified as a DMP in the US and UK. Thania currently works as course leader of the MA in Arts, Health & Wellbeing at the University of South Wales. She also co-directs Fflamingo CIC, a community interest company promoting LGBTQ+ and disability-led performance projects. She is co-editor for the American Journal of Dance Therapy and is author of Body Questions in Practice: Decision Making through Movement and the Arts (Routledge, 2025). Acarón has taught in over 10 dance movement therapy training programmes around the world and offers workshops on therapeutic work with the LGBTQ+ community, burnout prevention and professional development..

As part of our commitment to contributing research and best practices of movement for wellbeing, we also offer a wide variety of dynamic presentations about topics such as Performance Skills in Business, Employee Wellbeing and Difference & Diversity (amongst many others) using our unique approach.
