Welcome to
The Body Hotel

You time. Redefined.

About us

2D22B275-37D3-4644-9243-A9AC095F76F3.JPG

We use dance and movement to help people connect with their bodies through play, joy and creativity — building embodied skills for coping with stress and life's harder moments.

Whether it's wellbeing workshops, bespoke staff away days, professional development training seminars or community initiatives, we create spaces that are dynamic, safe and engaging with equality, diversity and inclusion at our core.

A really inclusive, diverse and connective community and workshop. 3 hours just flew by! Thank you so much for an amazing day!

It was great to work in a group and lose all inhibition. The session was led brilliantly for us to explore feelings and boost positivity and wellbeing.
A safe and non judgmental time to reconnect with my physical body and senses.
